Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wonder Waist!

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During new product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after processing:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Wonder Waist is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@wonderwaist.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Wonder Waist is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all waist trainers, shapewear, bodysuits, sweat belts, arm shapers, and other compression garments are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on worn, washed, or tried-on items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the item
Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Waist trainers
Shapewear
Bodysuits
Sweat belts
Arm shapers
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.

Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
